 MegaDoc fuses are ideal for high current protection of batteries and alternators. These MEGA® fuses are a bolt-down style and are compatible with standard MEGA® fuse holders. Select from a large current rating of 100 to 500 amps. The transparent housing material allows for easy detection of a blown fuse. The BF2 fuse terminals are tin plated copper for corrosion resistance.

  • Terminal: Copper alloy, gal. Sn. 2 x M8 bolts, distance 51 mm
  • Mounting Torque: 12 Nm +/- 1 Nm

When choosing a fuse you should consider two things.
1. The first is the system voltage.
2. The second is the amperage rating of the system, always match the fuse to the wire/cable amperage rating and the load. The load amperage rating should not exceed the amp capacity of the wire or cable and the components such as the Motor and Controller.
